Tincture bitter
The true recipe Erofeich does not exist. Everyone cooks it differently. In "Erofeich Summer" blends the warmth and bitterness of pepper, spice, juniper and coriander, grassy notes Ivan-tea and a cool, refreshing aftertaste of anise and peppermint.

Ingredients

  • Alcohol

    2500 ml

  • Mint

    10 g

  • Anis

    1 Tbsp

  • Juniper

    1 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Roots

    20 g

  • Leaf flower

    20 g

  • Water

    8 Tbsp
