Milk river, milk and honey
I have this two-tone pudding I remember from childhood. We often ate (and plates) in my girlfriends. She did so good. Today I decided to cook this to my kids.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Sugar

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Compote

    500 g

  • Starch

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Boiled pudding from milk. Take 100-150 ml of milk (from our 500 ml) and dissolve it in 2.5 tbsp of cornstarch, remaining milk, put on fire + sugar + vanilla sugar. Bring to a boil and, stirring constantly, a thin struechkoy to enter in the milk starch. Still a little stir, to avoid lumps. The jelly should come out thick.

Offer our milk pudding in a bowl (or plate) filled to half and level.

Now cook in the same way fruit jelly. The sugar here is also a good choice. Vanilla in the compote I added. The jelly also needs to be thick.

Spread fruit jelly on top of the milk. Set aside to cool.

When cooled, you can decorate it. I sprinkled coconut flakes and dried mint. To eat with spoons.
