Fish soup
"Pepper soupe" - very simple, but a delicious soup with fish and vegetables. Interesting cooking technique, where a gorgeous, rich southern colors taste. Come on in and get.

Fish it is advisable to take fresh, not small and bony. My "catch" today at the Central market - a great representative of a weight of 2 kg our southern counterpart salmon. The fish is cleaned and cut into pieces (I trusted the seller). Beautiful pieces left for baking, and for soup took less presentable, tail and head. Fish pour lemon juice and 2 tbsp of soy sauce, a little salt and season with a mixture of peppers.

To prepare the vegetables. Potatoes, carrots, bell green pepper, leek and onion cut as you like but not too small. The garlic and chop the herbs. Cayenne pepper remove seeds and chop (the sharpness of the soup and adjust to your taste - you can take half).

The big tomato to RUB on a fine grater (2 medium cut into cubes). In a suitable pan or deep pot heat the oil, add the grated tomatoes and ginger. Fry for 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, herbs, Cayenne pepper, the fish with the marinade, pour 1.5 cups of water. Simmer for about 10 minutes, depending on the size of pieces of fish. Then the fish gently to get the sauce and place in a bowl, cover with a lid. A fish is already delicious by itself.

To the sauce add all the other vegetables: potatoes, green pepper, leek, onion, carrot and tomato and 1st. L. soy sauce. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour hot water and cook until tender all vegetables (if the vegetables are young, then it will take no more than 20 minutes). 5 minutes before ready to adjust the soup for seasoning - add the mixture of peppers and salt to taste. On the surface of the finished soup put the fish, boil for a minute and turn off the heat. Serve the dish hot.
