Kopeechnik with cottage cheese and buckwheat
When I first saw this recipe, I thought - but where does buckwheat?... Since then, this pie is a frequent guest on our table.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    0.333 tsp

  • Dried fruits

    1 tsp

  • Buckwheat

    1.5 cup

  • Butter

We grind the cottage cheese with egg, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. There we cut the dried fruits and nuts, although they are not so big slices.

All this we mix well and add our pre-boiled until cooked, buckwheat. All stir again and put into the form previously greased with oil

Put everything in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. THE TASTE WILL EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS!!!
