step-0
Here our products. Also prepare forms for baking. Best potty with lid. I have 2 pots with a volume of 1 L. But if there is just some kind of baking dish - feel free to use it - and cover can be made from parchment or foil. When you build a cover out of scrap materials, make sure that its edges did not hang down, because on them the moisture from the pot will escape - fold all the edges inside the forms. The main thing that everyone protomelas.
step-1
Now marinate fillets of Alaska Pollock. Spices grind and sprinkle them on the fish, pour the teriyaki sauce, sprinkle lightly with salt (in principle, salt can be added, but in my Arsenal there were delicate Himalayan salt, which I NG gave Sveta (Svetttttt). This salt is perfect for marine fish). All mix and leave to marinate. Meanwhile, prepare vegetables.
step-2
Carrots and onions cut into small cubes. Potatoes cut into cubes larger.
step-3
Marinated Alaska Pollock fillets cut into pieces.
step-4
Put all in a pot with layers of potatoes, onions, carrots, and on top lay the pieces of fish.
step-5
Prepare the sauce - in a bowl, where we marinated the fish, left the marinade. It spread the sour cream and, stirring, diluted with hot water. You need to stir until smooth.
step-6
Pour the sauce pots. Close the lid and put in oven. The temperature of the exposed 180 degrees 50 minutes including warm-up. I usually put the pots in a cool oven to avoid temperature differences.
step-7
You only have to chop fresh vegetables for the salad and serve the dish to the teriyaki sauce that everyone should be able to add spice to his meals.
