Meat casserole under a crust of eggplant
Very tasty and hearty casserole. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Eggplant wash and cut into slices.

Spread on a baking sheet, sprinkle with oil, salt and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until Golden brown.

Onions clear and finely chop. Fry in preheated vegetable oil to the pan, then add the beef and 2 tbsp, L. soy sauce Kikkoman.

Fry, stirring constantly and breaking up lumps with a fork, until the color of meat. Remove from heat and pepper.

For the sauce fry flour with butter for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and gradually pour in the milk stirring constantly with a whisk to avoid lumps. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thick 4-5 minutes.

Pour 4 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Pepper.

Lubricate sauce the bottom of a heatproof baking dish.

To it carefully remove the meat.

Meat overlapping to lay out eggplant.

Pour the sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in preheated 180 degree oven until Golden brown, about 25 minutes.
