Schnitzel chopped

Soak the bread in water for 10 minutes.

Put in preheated oven to 180-200 degrees for no more than 7-10 minutes. Then flip to other side and bake for no more than 5 minutes!
All schnitzels are ready. The most important thing - not to overdo them in the oven, not to overdry. They should be soft and juicy!
