Hello, my dear! Dough I use for long, is prepared simply and quickly. It's perfectly "sounds" in combination with savoury fillings, but today I decided to use it as a base for a tart. The result exceeded expectations. Simple, fast, tasty and very cheese... all we like. Come and try!

Cooking
Mix the cheese, butter, sugar, flour, soda, egg.
Knead the dough.
Roll out.
Cottage cheese, semolina, eggs and sugar make the filling, optionally add the vanilla.
