The ingredients for making scones
In a bowl add milk (3/4 Cup), add the butter TM "Ekomilk" (100 gr.), add the sugar (4 tablespoons). Put the mixture on a slow fire to melt the butter.
The mixture is cool, add the yeast (7 gr.)
Put the mixture in a warm place to dissolve the yeast.
After a certain time on the surface of the formed cap of small bubbles, stir the mixture, add eggs (2 pieces), add salt (1/2 tsp). Blend until smooth.
Gradually add the flour (3 cups).
Knead the dough. The dough consistency will get a little more tender than the fried pies.
The capacity with the dough, cover with cling film or towel and put in warm place to rise, then punch down the dough and put to rise again. So you will look like the second rise.
Then you can start forming the rolls. Divide the dough into equal pieces (65-70 g), to podcating into a ball.
Place on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper, slightly flatten, put on the delay 20-25 min., after covering with a towel.
Apples slice it into thin round slices.
In a container add 1 Cup water, add 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar, put on fire, stir, bring to boil, then place the Apple slices in 1-1,5 min. to soften. This time is sufficient that the slices become flexible.

The rolls pestle or hand to make indentations, put them in Apple roses.
Rolls lubricate the whipped egg, sprinkle with sugar and put in a preheated t180-190C oven for baking. Bake until ready.
The buns are cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
