Chocolate cream
Air chocolate cream for sandwiching cakes and pastries. In fact, this whipped ganache. Delicious and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    90 g

  • Cream

    280 ml

  • Sugar

    30 g

Cooking

Combine all the ingredients. Put in a water bath.

While stirring heat the mixture until the chocolate won't mix with cream in a homogeneous liquid mass. The sugar should also dissolve. Then remove from heat, remove and cool in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
