Very delicious, incredibly fragrant and beautiful candy! Made very simple, but require time and attention. Now I understand why a kilo of such sweets in a very prestigious Greek pastry shop costs 45 Euro! P. S. already wrote the recipe, and then found similar Oli-orudakva, but since they are slightly different cooking technology, we still decided to keep it.

Cooking
Oranges cut into slices 0.5 cm thick. If you got an orange with a hollow middle, it is better not to use it.
In a wide saucepan, boil water, I filled 1/2 of a five-liter pan, put the oranges and cook for 5 minutes to remove the bitterness. Drain in a colander and give very well to drain water, even a little squeeze on top. Sugar and water boil the syrup, when it boils, add the oranges, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for 2 hours. Looked for them periodically.
A properly cooked oranges amber color and have transparent skin. Build the slices of oranges on the grill.
To put in heated to 120"C oven to dry. I dried 15 minutes, then turned to the other side and dried for another 15 minutes.
To give the oranges to cool. Melt on a steam bath chocolate and cover them with a half circle on both sides. Chocolate should not be very thick if it has thickened, then again a little warm it steamed or in the microwave. Place the chocolate covered slices on a sheet of baking paper and allow to solidify at room temperature.
Store in a cool place in closed container.
