Herring in lemon vinegar soy sauce
Spicy marinated herring with taste soy sauce, lemon and rice vinegar. Slightly sweet due to the sweet soy sauce. Tasty, spicy and unusual. Help yourself!!!

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Sauce

    30 ml

  • Vinegar

    100 ml

Thawed herring. Wash. Here are 5 of the fish I had in stock. I thawed them in the fridge during the day.

To clean a herring. I first cut off the head and remove the insides of the fish, then skin, and finally separating the meat from the bones of a herring. Get these pileski, almost boneless.

Take a suitable container. Put it filisko fish and pour soy sauce For Sushi and Sashimi from both sides. Add a little sweet soy sauce. So lay out all pileski.

Pour on top of lemon vinegar (mix rice vinegar and lemon juice). Good gently stir a sauce, marinade, push pileski fish completely in the marinade. Put the container in the fridge for two days.
