Cooking

step-0
So, it's very simple. Onion wash, cut into quarters (be sure to peel). Salt, zaharim and pour olive oil. Mix well.
step-1
Spread on a cookie sheet, skins up. In parallel I baked cabbage "steaks" as I call the blanched chunks of cabbage. :)
step-2
All tighten with foil. Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for about 50 minutes. If the bow is large then bake for 60 minutes. Cabbage I turn over during baking.
step-3
Ready! Take out from the oven, remove the foil and peel.
step-4
Make sure - really surprised. And for those who are fasting is a wonderful opportunity to diversify your vegetable menu.
step-5
Well, who does not fast - served with chicken, marinated according to the recipe of the same jérôme Laurent! This is a very tasty, juicy, unusual.
step-6
In sour cream (creme fraiche) add finely chopped tarragon or other herbs (tablespoon), sprinkle with salt and pepper, generously pour olive oil and mix well.
step-7
Chicken stuffing sour cream, just under the skin, shove a spoonful of sour cream.
step-8
Leave for an hour to promarinovatsya. I still have sauce and it is distributed from the top in pieces. Jerome first roasting the chicken in a well-heated olive oil to get a good crust and then bring to readiness in the oven. I initially baked in the oven with onions (in various forms, of course). Turns out very tasty, juicy chicken.
