Cooking

step-0
"In Kaberneeme at Bay". On 27 June the weather was very warm (28 - 30 deg. in the shade), despite the fact that the sun is at this day rarely appeared from behind the clouds. Warm and pleasant, the wind drove the waves of the Bay. We often come to this place to walk on the sand barefoot and breathe the sea air.
step-1
The entire coast is studded with low bushes of wild rose.
step-2
The aroma spreads across the shore. We collected two bags of petals and little buds.
step-3
Petals I don't soap. Touched one petal, to clear them from accidentally trapped debris.
step-4
The petals are very light. All of them got 300 grams.
step-5
The petals are crushed for two times.
step-6
What aroma they exude!!!
step-7
Kitchen for a long time will smell a delicate aroma!
step-8
In a pot poured water and poured sugar. When the sugar is dissolved completely, poured the chopped petals to a pot of boiling syrup and squeezed lemon juice.
step-9
The jam turned out of the Bank and the bowl, ie 1 liter. I immediately took the test. Aromatic, sweet and with a very interesting perfume taste. Cooking time is not exactly writing. Petals fingered slowly, sitting in front of the TV and this is the case in the preparation of jams not included. Grinding the petals took approximately 10 minutes. Syrup boiled too about 10 minutes and with 20 petals.
