A delicate salad for Valentine's Day and loving )) will enhance any romantic evening.
Ingredients

Mayonnaise

Salad laid layers. To form a can with a knife or use a split mold. Boiled potatoes RUB and spread in the shape of a heart.
From top to grate cheese on a fine grater. (You can add garlic to taste).
Fluff the layers of mayonnaise. You can miss the mark and every layer as you like it.
Then grate on a coarse grater boiled eggs
The next layer - grated carrots and coat with the layers of mayonnaise.
Boiled beets medium size grate to put on top of lettuce, spread it with a knife, not forgetting the edges.
Lubricate once more mayonnaise on top and sides of salad.
Decorate the heart with the lettuce or Chinese cabbage.
The last layer of pomegranate seeds. Suggest to put on top of the whole area of the salad and not just on the edge. (I failed due to running around potoraplivaya hungry mouths :))
Leave for an hour in the refrigerator for impregnation and cooling.
