Saw this site a few variations of "sapsago" salad. Immediately I remembered that this dish Bulgarian cuisine is one of my favorites! It was prepared by experienced repeatedly and finally came to the option that is most like me. It represent to your attention.

Cooking
Salad convenient in the first place so that the set of products is minimal. The fat content of sour cream and the consistency of the cheese do not matter. To taste, I like more "spotting" cheese, while rubbing it on a grater - sheer torture. So choose for yourself.
Cut all the vegetables into medium pieces and chop herbs.
Chopped vegetables and herbs put into a separate bowl. Add sour cream, to the same grate on a grater cheese. Pepper. Salt is not necessary! Salt from the cheese would be enough. Often this salad just sprinkle cheese on top and no cream is added. But personally I love it when all the juicy and soaked. So mix up!

If you have time and desire, then decorate as you wish. Here's an example! :-) Note: for all its lightness, the salad is very filling. In the summer, on hot days, it can replace lunch.
