Chicken fillet in sesame
The recipe is simple, but it turns out so delicious that I decided to share.

Ingredients

  • Spices

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

Chicken fillet cut into long wedges 2 cm wide. sour Cream mixed with mustard and spices. Fry the sesame seeds on a dry pan until slightly Golden. Cheese grate on medium grater. Mix the cheese with the cooled sesame seeds.

Drop chicken cubes in creamy mustard mixture, roll in cheese-sesame powder. Spread on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Put to bake in pre-heated oven. Bake at 220 C until Golden brown, it took me 17 minutes.

This way you can roast and boiled chicken. Only cooking time will be less. Serve wedges preferably hot, garnish vegetables. Out very tender, melt in your mouth!
