Chocolate tarts with whipped cream and figs
None of the buffet table can not do without chocolate!!! Why "Temptation"?! Yes, because not be tempted them it is impossible!!! Whipped cream, figs in honey, chocolate... What more needs to be full of happiness and festive mood? For the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

  • Figs

  • Dry white wine

    100 g

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

  • Whipped cream

    1 pack

  • Walnuts

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, just do not overheat, otherwise it is steep.

Lubricate chocolate silicone molds, using a teaspoon or brush. Grease 2-3 layers! (preferably in the z layer) After each lubrication to put in the fridge to full hardening.

Gently twist the mold and remove the baskets.

These are the tarts we have. Baskets can be done in the evening and removed before use or in the refrigerator or freezer.

Beat dry mixture of cream according to instructions on the pack, and place in the refrigerator until use. You can use the cream, spray, or beat yourself fresh.

Pour in a saucepan wine, honey, lemon juice, add the lemon zest and heat until melted honey.

Arrange the figs close to each other in a fireproof dish, pour over the syrup and place in the oven, preheated to 200 gr. about 15 minutes, bake until soft. Cool.

Fill the tartlets with cream, put on top of the honey figs (can be pieces can be a cut into four pieces and completely put), sprinkle with crushed nuts. To remove the finished dessert in the refrigerator before serving. It is advisable to not fill the tartlets in advance and just before guests arrive, but do make baskets in the evening.
