Description

Cookies chocolate orange
On the occasion of acquisition of new molds for cookies immediately rushed to try it out. Madeleine is a type of cookie, soft and gentle, I would call it even a mini-cake. The essence of these things is that they are mixed without fanaticism, without mixer and important condition, is to leave the dough in the fridge. I will not pretend to the true Madeleine, since I'm far removed from the classic recipe, have kept only the technology, so "A La..." (not beat if what not so), and as a result, it is outrageously delicious)))

Cooking

step-0
Melt butter, but do not bring to a boil, cool. All products must be the same, at room temperature, to get in advance or put it in a bowl of warm water for 1 hour. Eggs, hand whisk, beat the sugar, but only slightly, to only go together to a smooth liquid consistency, not to overwhip it. From the orange and squeeze the juice to remove the zest, add to eggs, mix well.
step-1
Add the cream cheese (very soft in consistency), mix well. Cheese may not be completely stirred, to be white lumps, it's not terrible, but just nothing beat fanatic-everything is done by hand and gently. Sift the flour with the baking powder and vanilla, mix until the dough becomes homogeneous, NO whip.
step-2
Divide the dough into two parts. One sift cocoa, mix, then add milk, again to mix. Both types of dough tightly, or wrap and put into the refrigerator for 2 hours, to a day.
step-3
Tins of grease and sprinkle with flour, the excess flour to shake. Put the dough with a spoon, half chocolate, half white. Bake at 200 C for the first 5-7 minutes, then reduce to 180 C and dopekat another 10-15 minutes.
step-4
The cookies immediately to shake out of the tins and cool on a wire rack or cloth.
step-5
Molds of 24 pieces were all filled, the dough remained the same, laid out on the molds for muffin, at the bottom, with a thickness of about 0.7 cm, previously greased and sprinkled with flour, which also turned out delicious, except for the shape, so you can easily bake them, or even have those little cookie cutters in the form of mini-cupcakes for example.
