Hungarian egg pate
How this pâté Hungarian, don't know, found it on Georgian culinary website under the same name. But judging by the fact that Hungary is a leading country in the world in the consumption of eggs, it may well be that there pate is. I can only say that pate is very tasty. And cooked very easily. And if someone does not know what he created, would never guess that it is not meat.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Onion cut into cubes.

Fry until Golden brown in a mixture of butter and vegetable oils.

Eggs cleaned from the shell, peel garlic and nuts.

Fried onions, eggs, nuts and garlic placed in a blender, then add salt, pepper and whisk until smooth. Ready pie put in a blender, add if consider it necessary, salt and pepper and put in the fridge for an hour or two.
