Description

Pork
Traveling in the summer on the lake Ilmen and staying in the ancient town of Staraya Russa, we very successfully have dinner in one of the restaurants of the city. Husband ordered some kind of meat... supposedly Flemish. The sample was successfully removed. On arrival, looking in, I realized that it was meat NOT Flemish (ha ha, we cheated :-)). Meat is cooked in Flemish beer and bread (and their dish was not). Then I have no qualms modified restaurant recipe! And renamed it! Tried it several times already. The eaters were delighted. I think, like you. Recipe with great pleasure that I dedicate to my wonderful friend Marina! (Mariska-2015) Marishenka! Sure your family is meat-eaters will appreciate this dish.
