IIIG of ganas, or dumplings in Chechen
Hi everyone, I want to share with you the recipe of "IIIG of ganas, or dumplings Chechen"! This recipe belongs to a Chechen kitchen! Dumplings with beef, lamb or chicken served with garlic sauce (called the carrier) and warming potato soup with fried onions! This is not a recipe, but a fairy tale! Praised not himself, but someone who this recipe came up! I just made and posted!

I cooked the meat in pressure cooker. To prepare the meat, put in a saucepan, cover with cold water, add carrots, onion, Bay leaf, salt and pepper.

Cover and cook for about 30-40 minutes. Who wants to, can cook ordinary way.

When the meat is ready, put it to the bowl, which retains heat. Strain the broth. Take from pan 1 Cup broth and it knead dumpling dough. The dough is so! The cooled broth to mix with egg, salt, add the flour, knead not abrupt dough. Shape dough into a loaf, give a little lie down.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and fill the rest of the potatoes, cold water, salt is not necessary yet. When ready, drain the water but leave a little at the bottom.

From the dough to cook dumplings like this! Forming a strip with a thickness of 1,5-2 cm and cut with a width of 5-10 mm. Each resulting piece of dough presses on the Board with 2 fingers (kostelny and middle), making small pellet, which then collapses loaf.

Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in sunflower oil.

Now prepare the potato broth! To the cooked potatoes add the broth and blend with immersion blender or potato masher to pieces. The broth should be such that you can drink, but not liquid. Add the fried onions, stir, if necessary salt. Serve in bowls to finished galuska and meat.

Boil the dumplings in the broth if not enough broth, add water, try salt. Now make the garlic sauce! In the broth add grated on a fine grater garlic, sprinkle with herbs.

Served the whole beauty of it! On a large platter, put the dumplings on top of meat portioned pieces, and in the middle put a bowl with garlic sauce. All this is served a bowl of potato soup, each of them separately. Eat this: hands take a piece of meat or dumplings, Moka in garlic sauce and washed down with the potato broth. Very tasty!
