But over time, I came to the conclusion that it can be used for other meals. In General, then I present to You two dishes: "Pork chops" and "Fish sticks out of salmon". I thought to put the two recipes with the same breading will not be welcome, so combine them into one. I hope the idea of a breading and the recipes themselves will be useful to many.

Now, about the chops. I bought at the store already cut and slit the chops. Of course, you can slice them yourself.
The breading for the chops I pepper was added, I seasoned the chops themselves. Mix in equal proportions of salt and sugar, add freshly ground pepper to taste. You can add any favorite spices.
"Recruited" into the hands of the prepared mixture and season the chops.
Leave the chops to soak the spices for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, pour a little milk dish, break two eggs and whisk with a fork. It is possible to quite lightly salt.
Then in egg-milk mixture.
And finally in breadcrumbs.
Put in refrigerator for 15 minutes so the breading had dried.
And fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.

A week later, I was cooking fish. Bought a case of Samashki.
