Description
In my opinion, is a perfect hamburger buns! Airy, fragrant, not troublesome to prepare and very tasty! If you increase the amount of sugar (about 75 g) and add the raisins to the dough, it'll make a great muffin for tea! Water is given in grams - approximately 400 ml! Flour may take more or less look at the quality of their flour, it took me literally 20-30 grams more! For the recipe thank you Andrew Rudikova!:)

In another bowl, combine mashed potatoes and warm water. Add the melted butter. Mix well.
Then add sugar (25-40 g), if you want a sweet muffin version, can the sugar be increased to 100 g. Then, gradually mixing in the flour with a spatula or mixer to knead the dough until smooth. Consistency - thick cream!
Pour the remaining flour (325 g). Can go and more! And knead soft and elastic dough.
Cover with film and put in refrigerator for 2-24 hours. So I looked the dough in 2 hours.:)
Put the dough on a Board or plate, cover with a towel and allow to warm for 10-15 minutes.
Osipyan piece of dough and form buns. Spread on the baking sheet, the laid baking paper on decent distance from each other! Rolls will increase two times! Slightly flatten our presets with your fingers, cover with a towel and leave for 30-45 minutes in a warm place.
Grease the buns with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
To give the rolls to cool down... And serve! My kinder eat is still warm... in the process of a photo shoot!)))
And in the evening we had a Burger party...))
