Description
Thick, nutritious and "agrevates spacious" tomato soup with beef. Easy to prepare, with a good combination of flavors pepper, tomato, Basil, and ginger beef.

Cooking
To prepare the products. Peppers and herbs wash and dry. Beef is when you need to clean from the films. Blanch tomatoes and remove skins.
Beef cut into cubes and marinated in 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or teriyaki) with a tablespoon of vegetable oil and black pepper.
Peppers cut into strips. Ginger thin strips. Crush the garlic. Green onions cut into rings.

Reheat in a saucepan with a thick bottom or a wok with vegetable oil, put the beef and quickly sauté until it will turn brown. Beef extract.
In a wok put the ginger and garlic, quickly fry until the characteristic flavor.
Add the peppers and fry, stirring, about 5 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes, wait until they let the juice, and add tomatoes in their own juice.
Return the beef to the pan, bring to boil, reduce heat, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, black pepper (and chili) to taste, add green onion and a handful of Basil leaves, all together, let it sit for about 5 minutes.
The finished soup spill on plates and sprinkle with Basil.
