Description

Cooking
Pour the juice into an enamel saucepan, add the spices, sugar. Peel the apples, cut into 4-6 pieces. Remove the seeds and place the slices in the pan. Let the juice boil and boil for 1 minute. Cover and steep for 15 minutes. Now add the wine to the pan and, stirring, bring the drink until about 80 degrees (most importantly, do not let boil. As it is written on the bag: "do not kill the soul of the wine"). Remove from heat.
Strain, pour into glasses and serve hot. What I want to say: really, really warm. And improves mood. Weekend in a thermos and take it with him to the rink. Great! P. S. If desired, the mulled wine can enrich and make stronger by adding 60 ml of rum.
