Russian salad on the Korean lad
Know Korean carrot, beetroot in Korean and even Korean cabbage we have prepared. Join our dear and beloved vegetables: cabbage, carrots and beets and add them Korean "charm", what happens? And you will get light vitamin salad with a nice slight kick and a wonderful flavor. Recommend.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    700 g

  • Beets

    250 g

  • Garlic

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    150 ml

  • Seasoning

    2 Tbsp

Cut the cabbage thin strips.

Add seasoning for Korean carrot and vinegar. I got a pasty seasoning for Korean carrot, but you can use the dry and in the absence of any special seasoning you can add 1 tsp of ground coriander, chilli and soy sauce. Vinegar suggest use 9%, or add 1 tbsp more than 6%.

Vegetable oil "Oleina" pour into the pan, put on a high heat and heat for 5-7 minutes.

Pour hot oil on the vegetables, stir and put in a small jug, tamping tightly. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for 4 hours.
