Cooking
Well let's start of course with the fact that a good namem pickles.
Then we cut them in slices. Or if cucumbers are not large, it is possible slices.
Cut the fennel, onion half rings and mix all the vegetables. Leave for 30 min.
Then pour into a bowl (or who what is cooking)vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, spices...
Then, the vegetables... Everything a good stir and put on the heat, gradually stirring, bring to a boil.
When the cucumbers slightly change color (do not miss this moment!!!), remove from heat...
And quickly pack them in the jars, filling them to the brim so that the juice completely covers the cucumbers (jars and lids sterilized of course). Wrap it up to cool.
