And I for the winter, and beets are frozen. I use it salads, and soup.

Ingredients

  • Beets

  • Water

Beets wash,

Boil until tender. Allow to cool and peel.

Then crumble on a coarse grater (for soup)

And small (for salads)
step-4
Divide into portions in bags or containers, whatever you like. In the winter just to give the beets to melt and you can start using immediately.
