Recently looking through my old notebook with recipes, which has remained since high school, I came across a cookie recipe "Mushrooms". Remembered how once at a tea party my classmate brought "mushrooms", which were prepared by her mother. The delight was indescribable, with all the fun sucked down for a few minutes, these delicious "mushrooms". And then, while still under the impression copied each other a cookie recipe and asked my mom to prepare the same mushrooms. Today's children a little surprised, but I think these mushrooms will not leave anyone indifferent. And, necessarily, involve your children in the cooking process - they'll love it.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    700 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Mac

    50 g

  • Powdered sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

RUB the egg with sugar.

Add melted butter,

Sour cream, mix everything.

Soda mixed with flour.

Add gradually flour and knead the dough.

The dough should be soft and pliable, it should not stick to hands. Divide the dough into two equal parts.

Call the children together and formed from one part of the dough balls (this will be the "cap" mushrooms).

Put them on a baking sheet, greased or covered with baking paper, and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

When baking the "cap", make "legs". One side should be wider, like mushrooms. The number of "hats" and "legs" should be the same.
