Ginger cookies
Very tasty and delicate cookies with a delicate aroma of ginger and lots of chocolate, which when baked, imparts the grain structure. Try it! You will not be disappointed!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vanilla

    2 g

  • Ginger

    90 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    400 g

  • Raisins

    200 g

The softened butter vzbit with sugar until smooth.

Add vanilla and to drive eggs one by one, each time carefully whisking. Grind the ginger with a blender or coffee grinder, add to the butter-egg mixture. Mix the sifted flour with soda. Pour it into the Cup.

250g chocolate to grate on a coarse grater (better if the chocolate is pre-frozen) or cut into small pieces with a knife. Stir the chocolate into the dough one tablespoon, each time carefully mixing.

Raisins wash, if required, to steam in hot water and dry. Add it to the dough.

Put the dough on a greased baking sheet and put in preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.

Cool the ready cake. Melt 150 g chocolate in a water bath and cover the top of the cake.

When the chocolate has cooled, cut cookies into small squares.

Top cookies you can decorate with fresh berries, such as cherries or raspberries. I decorated with mint leaves and strawberry halves.
