Grandma's cookies
Biscuit recipe from my grandmother. The mold got too from it, I do not know, whether is now such a dough suitable for nuts and waffles. Biscuits turns out very tasty, crunchy, can be kept long (though usually not delayed a couple of days:))

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Potato starch

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Margarine

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1.5 g

Cooking

Melt the margarine.

Eggs RUB with sugar and vanilla.

Combine the slightly cooled melted margarine with the egg-sugar mixture, add flour and knead the dough thoroughly.

Grease with butter or margarine the mold and put it on the stove to warm up.

Meanwhile in the dough add the starch and knead it, the consistency is obtained as thick cream.

Within each mould blend 1 teaspoon of the dough closed and put it on the stove. Fry the cookies until light Golden brown, turning it over several times.
