While the dough is resting, grate the carrots and onion on a grater. In a pan pour oil, put the vegetables, add the mayonnaise, wine, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer all this beauty until tender. If there are little juice, add water.
Take the minced meat, salt it, pepper, squeezed garlic, add milk and knead until smooth. It should not be much watery
When the carrot is ready, it's time to roll out the dough. Roll out the dough not very thinly 0.5 cm.
Distribute the stuffing on the rolled out dough

The form in which to bake the dumplings, brush with vegetable oil. On the bottom place half of carrot that was left, place the strudel. On top are the remains of a carrot. You can put the entire dumpling on the table in the dish in which it was baked, and can be cut into portions and serve with sour cream! Very tasty!!!
