Roll of pork shank with vegetables
Gentle soft knuckle, stewed in the oven with potatoes and onions – delicious lunch of the day. It's simple and inexpensive, just takes time and desire.

Ingredients

  • Knuckle

  • Mustard

    3 tsp

  • Garlic

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

  • Bay leaf

Carefully scrape and clean the shank. Cut lengthwise and remove the bones, cut along the muscle and lightly hit the pulp.
