Cooking
Sift flour with baking powder. In a bowl stir (not a mixer) the butter, egg 1 piece, cream cheese 200 g sugar 8 tbsp milk.
Add 1 g of vanilla, zest of 1 tsp and cardamom, then gradually add the flour and knead soft dough.
24Х30 cm baking tray lay a baking paper. Be sure to leave a long edge of the paper so you can easily release the finished cake from the mold. Pave the dough on top and place the plums cut up and slightly tilted.
Cream cheese 400 g beat with a mixer with the 4 eggs, 200 g sugar, starch, vanilla 2 g, immram, zest 0.5 tsp.
Separately whip the cream to soft peaks and combine with the rest of the crowd. Stir with a spatula.
Bake in pre-heated to 175"With the oven for about 1 hour. Be guided by your oven! Ready pie to cool for 5 hours, remove from pan and cut into portions. Optionally sprinkle with icing sugar.
