Cooking
To put water on the fire. Lemons thoroughly wash, cut in half, squeeze the juice into the water. The remaining pulp and the peel cut into medium-sized pieces, add to the same.
Add the spices: a bit of ginger peel, grate on a coarse grater or finely chop. - Pea pepper squash, but not grinding. Also suitable pink (Brazilian) pepper, they put whole peas. - Buds cloves can be cracked. - Add a small pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. - You can add a few seeds of cardamom. - If you have fresh mint, put 3-4 sprigs. Also suitable dried peppermint or lemon balm. Here the main thing - do not overdo it that lemonade is not too "herbal".
To taste add sugar and citric acid. Bring to boil, boil for 5-10 minutes, cover and allow to infuse, then strain.
Serve hot as tea or chilled with ice. You can decorate with a slice of lemon. :)
