Chocolate coconut cake
Chocolate cake with coconut filling. Biscuit is a very sweet, very chocolate, almost no flour. The filling is similar to the "bounty", but tastier, and consists entirely of natural products (who, like me, was horrified after reading the part of candy bar I understand). Quickly prepared, very tasty and inexpensive, so it is quite possible to cook without any reason, but on the holiday table to put shame

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    14 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Milk

    1.25 cup

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Coconut shavings

    200 g

  • Liqueur

    5 Tbsp

Share the eggs into whites and yolks. Add to the yolks 1 tablespoon of sugar, RUB. The remaining sugar (5 tablespoons), pour in the whites and whisk. Into the beaten egg whites, add the pounded yolks, cocoa, flour, soda (to repay!).

Spread in a greased form and bake at 180 gr. I baked for about 30 minutes, but it all depends on the oven. Allow the biscuits to cool.

To prepare the filling mix in saucepan all ingredients (sugar, milk, butter, coconut) and heat, stirring, over medium heat, about 10 minutes, the mixture will thicken and begin a little to fall from the walls. Cooled.

Cut the biscuits in half, impregnate liqueur, mixed with water (absorbed immediately, the dough is very tender). Engineered as carefully as possible, the cake should not be dry. Spread the filling on half the cake (I wanted to whip it with a mixer, but I remembered about it just now; still very tasty). Cover with the second half.

Cook the glaze. Milk, sugar, cocoa powder put in a pan, cook a few minutes until thick, stirring occasionally. Add the butter, stir and pour directly on the hot cake. Here's the cake turned out. It is better to leave it overnight in the fridge. Bon appetit!

    спасибо за рецепт! уточните пожалуйста, сколько именно молока и сахара идет в начинку и глазурь. и масла тоже. я не дочитала про глазурь. все это положила в начинку. не знаю, что получится.
