Cooking

step-0
Products for obatzda. Cooking time: 5-7 minutes!
step-1
Softened butter and Camembert mash with a fork.
step-2
Add chopped (in a blender) onion, cumin (grind it or not - a matter of taste!), freshly ground salt, pepper and red paprika. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
step-3
Finely chop green onions and parsley, add to Obando.
step-4
Serve this cream cheese on the lettuce. Obazda goes well with different kinds of bread... some prefer Brazil, and I personally love dark buns with caraway seeds...
step-5
SIMPLE!!!
step-6
Oktoberfest (Oktoberfest) — the largest folk festival in the world, and so here are the best celebrity... Know anyone?
step-7
This festival gathers each year about 6 million visitors.
step-8
The most spectacular and solemn event is... knocking out the bung from the first keg of beer at exactly 12:00. Acting chief burgomaster of Munich knocks bung from the first keg of beer oktoberfestival. This action takes place with a characteristic cry of "O'zapft is!", after Oktoberfest officially opens. Traditionally, the first beer is given to the Bavarian Minister-President. Every year, eagerly anticipated, how many blows will it take the current mayor to open the barrel... And from that moment the Bavarian girls begin their run in the beer tents with heavy beer steins from noon until midnight (tying up my wrists with an elastic bandage).
