Marinated black currant
This marinade goes very well with meat dishes. The taste of the dish quite unusual, sweet and sour. All lovers of new flavors - you are welcome!

Ingredients

  • Black currants

    1.5 kg

  • Sugar

    400 g

  • Carnation

    6 piece

  • Water

    450 ml

  • Vinegar

    100 g

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

Must first prepare our marinade. It is quite not usual that there is no salt. To the water add the sugar, peas, cinnamon, cloves and boil for one minute.

Next, the cooled marinade, strain through cheesecloth and add vinegar.

Fill the jars "to the shoulder" currants. Pour the marinade.

Boil the water in the basin should be 3 minutes, regardless of the size of the cans.
