Description

Cucumbers ..... the scent of pine
Yes, Yes, Yes, exactly. You do not seem. This recipe I read in the book "Collection of KP. Cucumbers". And, of course, by this recipe I could not go, very much I love all sort of. I once, long ago, tried the cucumbers with the scent of pine needles (was very tasty, crispy and with the aroma of the forest). But the way they were closed, then I is not very interested. I must say, these pickles I didn't try. And while access Bank is not going to (about to fall). No, of course I can open them, somewhere in October, to try and share the recipe, but.... to whom then will be necessary. Cucumbers-now go. I think that to close one jar (even if it is 1 l Bank) for the sample can afford one if someone is interested in the recipe. I also closed only 1 Bank that's open, I'll try and then I'll know whether or not.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

  • Apple juice

    1 l

  • Sugar

    40 g

  • Salt

    40 g

Cooking

step-0
So. In a clean jar put sprigs of pine. Cucumbers good wash and put in a jar.
step-1
Take the juice + salt, sugar and bring to a boil. Pour the cucumbers and leave to stand for 5-10 minutes. After the juice is drained, again bring to a boil and pour over cucumbers for 5-10 minutes. Once again, drain, bring to the boil, pour over cucumbers and close (roll up) the banks are well. We get here 3-fold fill.
step-2
The Bank to turn over and allow to cool. The recipe says that you can store in a cool place. But to find a place in the apartment in the summer is very difficult. So I put the pickles in the fridge.
step-3
So it looks around a young sprig of pine. I have it circled in red.
