Cake
I really wanted to call this cake differently in honor of the victory of the team "Cook" in the "Stuff", but the hand has not risen. The cake has an official name and the owner is a famous chef Yaniv Gur-Arye (Israel). Insanely delicious cake WITHOUT the FLOUR. Creamy texture, the taste of chocolate ice cream. The lack of one - are extremely high in calories. But we will not eat such a cake every day? And sometimes treat yourself, loved ones, possible. And even necessary. Moreover, the reason is. Pour into mold, put it in a bowl of larger size and fill it with hot water.

Bake at 150 degrees for 45 minutes (no more!), while cake is not formed, then suggest to hold the cake in off oven for half hour to an hour. Cool to room temperature and place in the refrigerator for a few hours. I stayed for an hour. Photo taken through the window of the oven.
