Very easy to manufacture a cake, but no less delicious. You can be happy on weekdays, and on the holiday table to put not ashamed! I want to buy this homemade cake a Tick (felix032).

Ingredients

Unrefined cane sugar TM Mistral mix with egg.

Add the softened butter, sour cream, salt, soda. Beat with a mixer.

Pour the flour, knead the dough.

From the dough to tear off small pieces to make the shape of a ball (the size of a hazelnut).

Baking tray lay a baking paper and spread nuts. Bake in a preheated (180 C) oven for about 15 minutes, until light yellow in color.

Bake until nuts, prepare the cream. In an enamel bowl, RUB the eggs with the brown sugar TM Mistral.

Add the flour and cocoa, mix well. Then, in small portions pour the hot milk (Cup=250ml), stir thoroughly to avoid lumps. Put a bowl on low heat and stirring constantly, bring the cream until thick.

Thickened cream remove from heat and stir cool to lukewarm. Add butter, mix well.

If the size of the bowls allow, then the cream pour the baked nuts and mix. I had to put cream in large size form and to pour out nuts.

Spread nuts on a plate, giving the cake the shape of slides. Sprinkle with nuts (I sprinkled with almonds) or finely comminuted waffles. To give the cake to stand for about two hours (or overnight).
