Chicken fillet in bacon
A quick and impressive dish. Despite the ease of preparation always makes a splash!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

To prepare honey glaze: mix the honey, mustard, soy sauce and lemon juice.

Chicken fillet cut into strips (wedges) with a length of ~ 10 cm. Then wrap a strip of bacon each piece of chicken and put it all on a baking sheet.

With a brush liberally with glaze wrapped in bacon chicken fillet, put in the oven heated to 200 degrees, and bake for 8-10 minutes, until Golden brown. Then flip the pieces of meat, brush with glaze, return to oven for ~5-7 minutes for even Browning.
