Soup of
So I decided to try out the soup of celery, very tasty and tender. On the website, this is not found.

Ingredients

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Cheese

    1 pack

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Basil

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread

    1 slice

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Finely chop the onion, celery cubes, grate the carrots.

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Fry the onions for about five minutes, add the celery and fry for another three minutes, last add the carrots, add few salt and fry for 5 minutes.

Add in fried broth, Bay leaf and Basil. When boiling, reduce the heat, cover and cook for 30 minutes to soften the celery.

When the vegetables are cooked, pass them in a blender, add the broth and blend.

Pour back in the pot, add the cream and heat for 5 minutes. Cheese cut into pieces and gradually add to it melted. It will take about 10 minutes. Finally add salt and a lot pepper.

Take a thick slice of bread, cut off the peel and divide into 4 stripes. Dry the pan before the crust and grate the garlic.
