Soup of grated horseradish with cream
A week ago I saw in a restaurant menu. First didn't even believe they're serious. Tried a couple of spoons of sucked... but Strong!!! Then in the German Internet I found the recipes and comments: like chicken soup, soup horseradish indispensable in the throat. Try it, if you trust!

Ingredients

  • Horseradish

    4 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Broth

    100 ml

  • Greens

  • Spices

Horseradish root grated to make about 4 tbsp If not fresh horseradish (which is desirable), it is possible to use, as I have in the photo.

Onion and potato finely chop and lightly sauté in butter or oil, but not fry, then pour a small amount of water to just cover the vegetables and simmer until potatoes are done. Grind into a puree, add a Cup of vegetable or chicken broth, then grated horseradish (!) and stir. Boil together for 5-7 minutes under the lid, then ostrogo to open the lid (the scent is not weak!) and enter cream. Bring to boil and let stand for a few minutes.

Add desired chicken pieces (like me), salmon, shrimp... garnish with fresh grass. Serve with crackers.
