Soft butter beat until creamy
Add the powdered sugar, whip
Add flour, starch and the seeds of vanilla pod. To do this, the vanilla pod cut lengthwise and misreble pulp. My pod was not - I added vanilla Supplement - half of pachucki. All the ingredients have to connect with the butter.
Add to the dough 1 tbsp of ice water and quickly knead a soft dough - in "the gingerbread man". Wrap it in clingfilm and put into the fridge for 30 minutes. If the dough is sticky, don't worry about extra flour - dip your hands in cornstarch or flour and help him. The dough is then well rolled into a "bun."
Divide the dough into 4 parts. Each part is rolled into a "sausage" and cut into 10 pieces. Roll a ball the size of cherries and spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. 2 turns of the pan of cookies.
Now take a fork, dip it in flour and lightly press on the cookie that's causing this impression.
Put the cookies in to bake in pre-heated oven of 175 degrees ( convection 150 degrees) for 12 minutes.
The cookies come out light! No need to bring up to Browning - as it should be!
Very delicate and crumbly cookies - mmmm... a pleasure!
Bon appetit!!! Weight watchers body... One cookie is 50 calories!
