All the lovers I recommend pineapple! Very easy, delicious, juicy, moderately sweet, flavorful dessert. Many years ago, my mother in law, living in Portugal, learned how to cook this dish. Then I learned, and now want to share with you... For the contest "Sweet taste of summer".

In a saucepan pour the liquid from the pineapple, to the same pour jelly. Put on medium heat and constantly stir until jello is completely dissolved. While the contents of the pan cools down (it should be slightly warm), cut pineapples. I usually cut into cubes 1х1см. We need only 2/3 of the pineapple, the rest goes into the decoration of the finished dish. Then combine the evaporated milk and the contents of the pan and beat with a mixer. While whisk, add 2/3 of nuts.
Now, you need to prepare a form where we will fill our dessert. If it is silicone, it can be slightly lubricated with oil, if not silicon, then sprinkle the walls with water and gently laid plastic wrap. Then gently pour in the shape of our dessert. Spread in the shape of pineapples. Distribute and gently stir with a spoon to pineapples and nuts evenly distributed throughout the mass.
