Cake
Very tasty and easy to prepare cakes with milk-lemon flavor.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    630 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    40 ml

  • Milk

    540 ml

  • Sugar

    325 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 pack

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

DOUGH beat with a mixer eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add milk and oil, whisk.

Add flour mixed with baking powder.

Knead the dough.

The dough is divided into 3 parts.

Layers I was rolled into the shape of a rectangle on a silicon antiprigarnoe surface. You can also use the back side of the pan. Jagged edges immediately cut off.

Cakes bake 10-13 minutes at 200 degrees. Cakes not to overdo, dry. From scraps I baked a separate cake.
