Cake
Delicate pie on a shortbread crust, with a light cheese filling with a layer of fruit. And chocolate tip. Very tasty. And cooking is a snap, and the special products are required.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

  • Butter

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Fruit

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    50 g

  • Chocolate milk

    70 g

For the dough, whisk 4 egg yolks with half Cup of sugar. Add the butter, cut into pieces, sour cream, stir until smooth, add flour and knead the dough.

Spread the batter in a greased form and distribute it fruit.

For the filling, whisk in a food processor or with a mixer all ingredients (cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar, butter, starch). Pour the filling in the form, on top of the fruit.

Put the form in the oven for about 30 – 40 minutes in the preheated oven and bake 30 minutes – 40, focusing on stuffing: it should be slightly harden. By this time, prepare the top layer. Whisk the whites to a froth.

Grind nuts and chocolate.

Add in the beaten egg whites powdered sugar, chopped chocolate and nuts. Whisk one more time.

Take out the form with the cake out of the oven.

Quickly distribute the filling.

And send it back in the oven for 20 minutes – 30. Wooden stick needs to stay dry. Take out the cake, cool it down ... all ready. Bon appetit!
