This recipe I decided to kill two birds with one stone: first, to share with you a great recipe for chocolate cake "Chocolate for water", which takes a few minutes and will not leave anyone indifferent with its delicate taste, and show you step by step, how to decorate a large birthday cake. So welcome to all who are interested! I made this cake for my grandmother's birthday. But the book, as you know, the best gift, especially for the elderly person. The cake turned out insanely delicious: delicate chocolate cake with a subtle banana flavor. By itself, it is as though wet. Preparing elementary, all in all took 30 minutes (not counting baking and decorating). Grandma was very pleased, and all the rest very much. Try it and you!

Ingredients

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Banana

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • The creme fraiche

    200 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Gelatin

    3 piece

  • Cognac

  • Lemon juice

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

[b]the Dough:[/b] beat the Eggs with sugar. Add the vegetable oil and whisk again. Pour the flour with the baking powder, soda, cocoa and vanilla sugar. Pour in the milk and stir.

Last pour a glass of boiling water (only boiled) and stir. The dough will be very liquid!!! Do not be afraid, as it should be! Pour into covered and oiled form and immediately send in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 40-45 minutes.

To get, give 10 minutes to stand up in the form, carefully remove the form and allow to cool completely.

[b]Cream:[/b] Bananas, peel and blend. Immediately add a little lemon juice and stir. Cream cheese and fresh cream lightly whipped with sugar, add the banana puree and honey and mix well. Separately whip the cream until stiff peaks.

Plates of gelatin to soak in cold water. Squeeze and dissolve in a water bath 2 tbsp. spoons of cognac and a small quantity of lemon juice.

2-3 tbsp. banana-cream mass to put to the dissolved gelatin and stir. Mix with the rest and mix well. Add the whipped cream and mix gently by hand.
